Rayleigh Scatter Duochrome Eyeshadow
Rayleigh Scatter is a dreamy duochrome eyeshadow with a soft light blue base loaded with gold shift and blue sparkles. The name comes from the optical phenomenon responsible for why the sky looks blue and this shadow captures exactly that: the hazy, luminous quality of light bending through atmosphere. Layered or worn alone, it catches the light from every angle. Apply over primer or glitter glue for the most vivid result.

TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer for larger particle mica pigments before applying for a more intense finish.
