OB1 Cloud | Blue Matte Eyeshadow
OB1 Cloud is a medium, cool toned blue matte with gray undertones.
Approved for Eye application.
Our satin matte shadows and pressed pigments are blended and pressed by hand which means a bit of kick up is expected and they can be soft. They may contain tiny bits of sparkle. Our matte shadows and pressed pigments are easy to blend and pigmented.
We suggest using a primer is used prior to applying our mattes to achieve maximum color payoff and opacity.
